The Brief

Aranca approached Pegasus Events with a brief that went beyond organising an annual corporate celebration.

The objective was to create an employee experience that would strengthen camaraderie, internal cooperation and a shared sense of belonging across the organisation.

Aranca consisted of employees working across different roles, functions and levels of seniority. The challenge was therefore to develop a piece of communication that did not speak only to leadership, particular teams or certain sections of the organisation.

It had to resonate with everyone.

The message needed to be simple:

No matter what your designation, department or role, you are part of the same organisation.

You are part of Aranca.

The Idea: We Are Aranca

From that brief came the central theme:

We Are Aranca

Rather than creating a conventional annual-day theme around celebration, performance or achievement, we built the event around collective identity.

The idea was to remind employees that while every individual had a different role to play, they were all contributing towards the same organisation and moving towards the same future.

The communication was deliberately inclusive.

It was not:

Management and employees.

It was not:

Teams and departments.

It was:

We.

That distinction became the foundation of the entire event.

One Organisation. Every Opportunity.

A second layer of the communication focused on possibility and opportunity within Aranca.

The event narrative positioned the organisation as a place where employees could learn, contribute, collaborate and grow.

Regardless of where someone sat within the company hierarchy, the message was that the opportunities available to the organisation were ultimately opportunities available to its people.

The theme therefore worked on two levels:

BelongingWe are all Aranca.

And:

PossibilityTogether, we have access to everything we can become.

This allowed the communication to connect emotionally with employees while still reinforcing a larger organisational message around collaboration and growth.

Turning a Theme Into an Experience

Once We Are Aranca had been established, the challenge was to ensure that it did not remain just a slogan on the stage.

Every major part of the event was developed around it.

Pegasus Events was responsible for the complete event journey, including:

  • Creative concept and theme development
  • Event communication
  • Corporate film creation
  • Stage and event production
  • Content development
  • Entertainment planning
  • Employee engagement
  • Show flow
  • Technical production
  • On-ground event management
  • Complete event execution

The objective was to create multiple moments through which employees could see themselves reflected in the larger Aranca story.

The Corporate Film

One of the most important pieces of communication was the corporate video created specifically for the event.

Rather than producing a traditional corporate presentation filled with company milestones and statistics, the film was designed around the people behind the organisation.

The idea was to create communication that employees at every level of the company could recognise themselves in.

The film helped articulate what the event was ultimately about:

Different individuals.

Different capabilities.

Different responsibilities.

But one collective identity.

We Are Aranca.

The corporate film also allowed the theme to move beyond physical event branding and become a piece of storytelling capable of expressing the organisation’s culture emotionally.

Employee Engagement Built Around Participation

If the purpose of the event was to encourage camaraderie, the audience could not simply remain spectators.

Participation therefore became an important part of the experience.

Employee engagement elements were created to encourage colleagues to interact, contribute and experience the event together.

This was particularly important because corporate events can easily reinforce existing groups — departments remain with departments, friends remain with friends and seniority structures continue to influence interactions.

Our approach was to use the event environment to break some of those boundaries.

The experience encouraged employees to engage as members of the same organisation rather than purely as members of individual teams.

Entertainment as Part of the Story

Entertainment was also developed as an integral component of the event.

Rather than treating performances as isolated intervals between corporate segments, they were used to change the energy of the room and bring employees together around shared moments.

Live performances, stage entertainment and employee participation created a progression from corporate communication into celebration.

As the evening evolved, the event moved naturally from:

organisation → people → participation → celebration.

The result was an experience that felt cohesive rather than a collection of unrelated annual-day activities.

Creating an Environment for the Entire Organisation

The production environment was designed to give the event scale while keeping the communication focused on Aranca’s employees.

Stage content, lighting, entertainment, branding and audience areas worked together as one experience.

The We Are Aranca identity appeared throughout the event, reinforcing the central message without allowing the theme to become repetitive.

By the time the formal programme transitioned into entertainment and celebration, the audience had already encountered the idea through multiple formats.

They had not simply been told that they were one organisation.

They had experienced the evening as one organisation.

From Corporate Event to Shared Experience

The most important outcome of an employee event is not what happens on stage.

It is what happens between people.

Employees applauding colleagues.

Teams participating together.

People from different functions interacting outside their everyday working environment.

Hundreds of employees sharing the same experience at the same time.

That was ultimately the purpose of We Are Aranca.

The event created an environment where the organisation could temporarily move away from hierarchy, departments and day-to-day responsibilities and reconnect around a common identity.

The Result

We Are Aranca transformed a corporate annual day into an internal brand and employee-engagement experience.

The event brought together:

corporate storytelling, culture communication, employee engagement, entertainment and large-scale event production under one central idea.

By ensuring that the communication spoke to employees at every level of the company, the event reinforced an important message:

Every person contributes.

Every person belongs.

Every person has the opportunity to grow.

And irrespective of role, function or seniority:

We Are Aranca.
