Your distributor meets are the one time in the year where you get to meet with people actually bringing in 80% of your business. From your perspective, you need to calculate ROI based on what topics you can fit in to the 2 day or 3 day time frame which you are investing to bring all your distributors to one place. Obviously, you would like to balance it out and not inundate your attendees with content content content. How then can you ease into the agenda and create the perfect experience which is immersive and at the same time leaves a lasting impression for people to measure value.
Besides what is given above, you can add tons of other things where the perceived value is high but are pocket friendly.
