Tourism Boards love us – Heres why!
The Tourism Boards(Destination Marketing Organizations) representing different states and countries strive hard towards helping communicate what one can expect when visiting. Let that sink in, they probably have the hardest job on earth, communicating an experience!
Enter their event managers, having worked on numerous Roadshows and Media Meets and Press Announcements, we can easily say, the Tourism Industry is one of our most favourite industries to work in.
Why you ask ? Read on to know…
You get to meet so many people travelling in to sell their packages in India. Since we usually do the RSVP and Logistics planning for our clients and set up a one stop help desk for the partners travelling in, we get woven into the fabric of the event and get such a great understanding of their expectations, that it helps us channelize our creativity to suit their needs and ensure success.
Also we make a lot of friends since we take care of all their requirements through the Road Show, be it 2 cities or 10 cities. Helping are clients reach out to more people through our database helps us just expand our horizons further.
You get to be as Creative as possible, as we have been ofcourse, keeping up to date with all protocols and guidelines to be followed, we have had some fun.
Like when we helped Celebrate St.Patricks Day in a big way for Ireland Tourism,
Or we organized a media masterclass with Gary Mehigan for Melbourne Tourism Board.
And when we helped bring Melbourne’s Coffee Culture to Mumbai…
Or this Photo Exhibit by Sudharak Olwe during his visit to the Rainbow Nation, showcasing the beauty, vibrancy and diversity of South Africa
Given above are just a few examples where we were able to be a part of something amazing, we have done a lot more work with some whacky ideas for Tourism Boards across the spectrum and since we manage everything start to finish, its very heartening to see our work come alive by the amazing people involved. I am sure by now you see why we love the Industry so much.
